We don't have many other rules besides:

• Your banner must be 88x31pixels! Don't blame us if it looks bad resized to that.
  
• Your site must be active! 5+ members, people on in the past 24 hours.
  
• Our banner must go up first, on static. Same goes for here.
  
• If there are no static positions open, then the affiliates board is closed!
  
• Your banner may not be animated!
